Zagreus, Pet-Nat Rosé 2023

The team at Zagreus have been producing authentic Bulgarian wines since 1998. Grown on some of the country's best soil in the Lower Thracian Valley, known for it's cinnamon-red colour, they are now fully certified as organic and make some of the country's best wines. Pet-Nat Rosé 2023 is made from 100% organically farmed Mavrud. Gorgeously light and aromatic, it bursts with notes of cranberry, raspberry and strawberry. The palate is dry and refreshing with further zesty fruity notes. This wine makes for the perfect aperitif; and with only 400 bottles made, a rare one at that.
